Co- Head Coaches, Mike Flores and Chris Steely, have over 50 years of executive coaching experience, having worked with Fortune 500 companies, top level executives and entrepreneurs, who want to take their game to the next level.
MIKE FLORES
CO-HEAD COACH
Co-Head Coach of MY GAMEPLANFOR SUCCESS, providing executive coaching and leadership training to upper level executives in sports, corporate and non-profit sectors, including strategy consultant to two Division I Athletic Directors. Mike worked in university athletics for 15 years, as an assistant football coach/recruiting coordinator at UCLA, University of Hawaii, San Jose State University and University of Arizona, and as an administrator at University of Arizona and Cal State University Dominguez Hills. He has also worked as government and community relations consultant to Fortune 100 Companies.
Mike attended UCLA on a football scholarship where he was the starting quarterback. He attended Santa Monica College and was an All-American Football quarterback. He is a graduate of UCLA with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. He is also a graduate of CTI, Coaches Training International, and has completed his hours for certification as an Executive Coach. He is a Certified Trainer for National Consortium of Academics & Sports (NCAS), now called Institute for Sport and Social Justice.
Chris Steely

Chris’s capacity to facilitate and build businesses is proven, as is his talent for creating a relaxed, team-oriented rapport, while getting teams actively engaged and experiencing optimal performance dynamics.
Chris has been called “The Unconventional Facilitator”; doing it differently, inspiring power, passion and possibilities.
Chris has over 25 years of business experience, specializing in Strategic Planning, Team Building, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management, bringing decades of leadership, business development, and team-building experience. Chris’ background includes international management consulting, business ownership, corporate VP in the Technology sector, service as an active duty United States Marine Corps logistics officer, and NCAA national rowing championship and coach.
Chris earned his MBA from Boston University, BS in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, and a secondary diploma from Culver Military Academy. He holds numerous business coaching certifications, and is a certified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.
Glenn Crawford
Assistant Coach - Wealth Management
As a Wealth Management Advisor with Signature Resources Capital Management, Glenn’s sole mission is to provide the successful people and business owners he serves with better financial outcomes using a holistic approach to financial and retirement planning for individuals and families who want to plan to maximize turning their assets into income in retirement while effectively minimizing taxes during their accumulation years and into retirement. Glenn also works with business owners to build, grow, protect and transfer a successful business. As a CDFA®, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Glenn is also skilled and experienced in advising people on the unique financial aspects of the divorce process.
Glenn was a member of the 12-0, co-national champion 1975 Arizona State University, Sundevil Football Team. He brings his experience as a player and many years as a Coach to his financial advisory practice and see’s himself as a “Coach for your Financial Well-Being”. Glenn is able to explain financial concepts using sports analogies and his life experience rather than much overused financial jargon.
